OP has hit the nail on the head and I'm not even 80 yet. I was speaking with my guild and I have coined a term RAGE METER. This is the angst which you feel when you refresh and get nothing and keep doing it and it just makes you more angry. The shipments should have a % attached to it When you start paying 100 coins the odds of getting a piece > 25% 200 > 50% et all. This would sort out alot of the RAGE.
