The forum IS a place to highlight that issues are not being resolved in a timely manner and that we as players are asking for additional support...

Ironically, the post you referenced is considered "solved!" which is what EA help keeps doing to these. It ain't solved until it stops happening to players. (one among many issues with Answers HQ)

I believe "solved" just means they have confirmed there is a bug that needs to be addressed, as opposed to something that needs more investigation to determine if there's an actual bug or just user error.

Solved just means EA has answered to their post and can't do anything more whatever your issue is still happening or not and they will NEVER post again in that tread even if you tag them, IMO, this this stupid ....

Solved Just means they think and believe the issue it's "solved", not that they answered to the post.

You forgot the 2nd part, "and can't do nothing more", it is a shame thant Answer HQ is not a bug reporting tool but it's just a forum used as a bug reporting tool, it is lacking of lot of things and when they put a "Solved" tag on a post, they don't care if the issue is fixed or not, they take 1 hour to answer to some post then disappear.

I posted multiple crash in the past and they always said the same thing , a copy/paste of their lame notes... then put the post as solved and NEVER came back even if the crashes are still occuring (and I was not the only one to have crash), but guess what ?

Most of IT support or support are just underpaid contractors from foreign countries, all big compagnies outsource this kind of service....
