Game freezing and lost buttons

As far as I know, the game receive info from server at the start of the battle and send the results back to the server after the battle.
So freezing and missing buttons are 100% on client side.
Could anything be addressed in programing, like 15s without action, check buttons if available?...

That is basically what they implemented the first "fix". It didn't work to fix all the cases.

Then you should be reporting these to Answers HQ to help highlight the issue.

A game freeze can be caused by many issues and is not a specific thing in and of itself, it would be impossible for them to say they are going to fix an issue like that, as they can only fix the causes that are reported and caught.

At least you said it... it's been 3 years and we still have this bug (disappearing buttons learning to freeze), if anything it's worse than ever now...

No Buttons lead to the game freezing, when people mention game freezing and lost buttons, losing the buttons is what causes the game to freeze.

A game can freeze because many issues yet but no buttons is a very specific type of freeze. It seems your conflating him saying freeze and interpreting that to be a completely separate issue than no buttons when in reality they are related as much as big toe pain is related to stubbing your toe.

they are absolutely different issue. Unfortunately someone could consider them the same and report buttons missing as freezing, but freezing is performance stopping. the buttons disappear, the game is still functioning, and running the code. just not allowing the user to interface, or the game to know what happened to report back to the server.

but lets stay on the topic of different ways to possibly bandaid this for the sake of the players.
