You guys are working on a fix (for missing buttons at least), for some time and no solution so far...Until the solution show up, any chance of those 2 incidents, don't make us lose the battle and waste the squad?Can it be seen differently than someone just force closing the app?Just annoying and compromising GAC, TW and TB.

Game freezing cant look like anything but a force close to them. The local client cant do anything to tell them the player didnt just close the app.For the buttons, this is a similar situation. The local client is out of sorts within itself. The current "fixes" they have tried are to have the app self correct when this is "detected", but that seems to not be as good of a bandaid as they hoped. Since that fix is not doing what it is supposed to, there is no way that the app can inform the server of anything and that means it will just seem like a force close again from their side.-----Any other changes to allow the player to not lose the match and team would just make a system that is open to abuse.

Game freezing cant look like anything but a force close to them. The local client cant do anything to tell them the player didnt just close the app.

For the buttons, this is a similar situation. The local client is out of sorts within itself. How is it abuse to be able to try multiple times like in raids? It's PvE!

Well, like I said i was talking about PvE as in TB. So no abuse there.
That would solve only part of the problem but better than nothing (even better than changing requirements like they did...)
Anyway, there could be a miracle and their fix could work.

Unfortunate, but true. Freezing buttons are an isolated event that happens on occasion. I'd agree this is still better than giving someone unlimited chances to reach flawless scores against your defense.
