Game locked while scrolling and bought fusion furnaces for crystals

The game just locked up while scrolling through trying to use energy to farm armateck fusion furnace. After it stopped locking up it had purchased them for crystals.

I’d like those refunded and remove the furnaces if possible. 

tried inside the game but the in game help was very much worthless.
