With Veers lead the Imperial Troopers gain 20 speed EACH TIME they gain a buff. It doesn't say anything about losing this speed. After a couple of turns your whole team could over 300 speed permanently plus all the TM shenanigans. I think this has the potential to be the fastest team in the game.
