Maybe the people on this board who are more active. You saw the % of spots verse how many blue prints dropped.
It's not a debate that 90% of the player base fell into the 10-20 shard range. That's straight statistics.
If I get 30 shards (as it has been going for monthlies) of a ship - it's going to be a waste of a month as 90% of players sit at 70/80 shards.
I'd much rather a toon if it's going to be 30 shards of X - even if I have them I can get stuff form the shard shop.
