Game Update Announcements

For the 2nd time in two updates, an in-game announcement went out and never happened, because.....well, CG can't tell time apparently. Last time, it was 3 hours later than announced. EST vs PST is not a difficult concept, at least in my experiences. Some of us actually pay attention to these messages and avoid game play when an update is about to drop. Can we try to do some of the easy stuff correctly? Please and thank you.
