GC reward crates [MERGE]
How do u open those reward crates? They say i received them but havent got any shards. I checked my death trooper shards and i didnt get any.

In reference too all the screen shots........I don't have an eternal-taunting, ever-rezzing Shore Trooper to anchor my team around.

Its disturbing to not even be able to complete the "Recommended" level, let alone the higher levels by switching over the another team like SE or GR with 4/5 R5 chars.
