Gear 10 Lumi?

Who has a gear 10 Lumi? I'm crafting a Scanner today, and that's the only item I need to bring her to gear 10. Worth it? Or should I spend my million on promoting storm trooper to 7*

Gear 10 Lumi with an omega on heal is huge for GW.

For raids and arena? Not so much.
