Gear 12 full pieces speculation. Level increase, gear 13 bosses? Etc

So, with all this exciting new content on the horizon. Will we get a way to win full gear 12 pieces as opposed to salvage only? It’s always wrong to assume, but I can’t help think the raid bosses in n...

We know from an earlier event, more than a year ago, that in game characters (NOT players) can get up to level 90. I don't remember which event, but it was the first appearance of R2, at gear 12, and he was level 90
