Gear 12 on 3 star toons

- You can only gear a 7 star character.

- Borrow a hero uses some computer generated characters that don't necessarily follow the same rules ours follow. That's all. Nobody actually has a 3 star gear 12 character.
- Maybe they don't need any of the gr peices that require 7* to equip. It's not to surprising you can have 3* gr 11
- Borrow hero is not all player only accounts correct
