Gear Challenges-Where did Mk3 Sienar Holo Projectors go?

I've noticed that a piece of purple gear. The MK3 Sienar Holo Projectors have disappeared from the gear challenges. The TAC Gear Challenge in particular drops absolutely nothing of value. Would it...

It's been said a thousand times already but it's pretty ridiculous it's still a gateway piece at high level. I need 38 of these. Putting it back in the guild store or the TAC challenge would both be reasonable.
