Gear Challenges-Where did Mk3 Sienar Holo Projectors go?

I've noticed that a piece of purple gear. The MK3 Sienar Holo Projectors have disappeared from the gear challenges. The TAC Gear Challenge in particular drops absolutely nothing of value. Would it...

I made a calculation and I can say you drop it cheaper than you buy it. With 250 crystals you get 400 energy, with 8 energy per fight you get 50 tries. And I know RNG is sometime of the balance but I alway get my 20's doing so. Of course, it means you have to farm it with this energy and nothing else.
