Gear changes?

It's been what, roughly a year and half and we still haven't received gear changes? And roughly 6 months ago they addressed gear changes 2.0. So any update on when gear changes are coming? Or was this...

Drop rates for gear sucks in the game and 2 drops per node is ridiculous should be at least 4 per node and if they didn't officially announce a increase of drop rates it never happened we all know what CG is like it needs to be officially confirmed and the amount of characters in the game is just stupid don't get me wrong i love new characters but the outdated system of drop rates F2P is just not balanced but u need to balance P2W AND F2P as it stands it's one sided
