Gear Cost Tool

Hi all, Is there a tool anywhere we can use to determine all the missing piece to upgrade a character to G13? Ex: what is required to get Mon Mohtma from G8 to G13

An extension to the tool showing approx crystal costs and conversion to USD would be interesting.
