Gear crafting in scavenger shop

Since crafted gear trades for a lot more of the relic crafting materials, can we get a link to craft gear from the scavenger shop.

For example: this mk III holo projector salvage scraps for 10 pieces per salvage but the fully crafted projector scraps for 500. Is there anyone to allow us to craft this here?
