I did notice a LARGE increase in my Core Gear income after the first round of changes. Do I still need it? Absolutely. I never thought the Core Gear Relief Package was going to make Core Gear needs disappear completely. Aside from Carbantis, it's non-Core Gear that are the new bottlenecks in many cases, for me anyway.
So what's been the speculation on what (the likely cancelled) Phase 2 might have done? I've seen a lot of peopledemanding asking for it, but there's been no details at all, right? Kyro Relief maybe? I'm dubious. What else?
