The problem in my opinion is that they keep relying on RNG prize boxes (he mentioned CPit, Conquest and Challenges). There will be someone who gets MK5 Stun Guns 10 times in a row and there will be someone who gets them 0 times out of 10 tries.
It will look perfectly balanced on their graphs but that doesn't mean they've solved the gear crunch.
