Gear in loot box did not enter my inventory

I recently received an HAAT loot box that had a full Mk VI thermal detonator in it. Excited, I immediately went to equip it in Veers only to find there was no Mk VI in my inventory... I even checked to see if I was mistaken and I had received a full Mk V, but I didn't have one of those either.
