General Grievous Shard Question

Why? Reasons?
But he's not the only one that didn't get accelerated.
Darth Vader (Same slot in the Fleet Store, which is where you SHOULD be buying GG from)
Raid Toons = Traya, Kenobi, Han
TB Toons = IPD, ROLO, Wat, KAM
GET Store Toons = Hoda, Wampa, GAS, Malak
They only sped up the basic farming characters & not the few "rare" ones that were limited availability.
