Very true... To everything said so far. I have him nearly maxed and he is definitely underpowered. His sinister laugh ability is very good and his undodgeable basic has proved handy lately, but his speed cripples him. Combine his speed with his health and he is prime for the picking for the picking for many one shot toons. Especially FOTP, who can do upwards of 15k+ on his basic with extreme consistency (way op, imo)
