General Hux question - EA reply possible?
I just had a 40 minute conversation with a perfectly nice employee of EA's Customer Support Team, but apparently they have no capabilities to solve my issue and directed me to post here.
Prior to last week, I don't believe I have ever spent crystals on pack openings. That being said, Hux looked fantastic, so I spent about 10,000 crystals on packs.
This morning (UK time) I noticed you have changed the character significantly, making him far worse. I understand you can't have a relatively free-to-play character beating the pay-to-win meta team, but given the delay in release I naively thought you had considered that. As such though, I now have spent 10,000 on a borderline useless character - obviously there will be some use, but all that really matters is Squad Arena, and he won't be used there*.
Therefore, all I wanted was for you to take away the shards I received from the packs, and reinstate my 10,000 or so crystals.
The customer support representative seemed incredibly positive and optimistic I'd get a reply - so I look forward to it.

* I know several times in the Q&A you've said you want to divert people away from Squad Arena as the only thing that matters as ultimately crystals control the game and that's the best place for them. I'm ignoring fleet. But until such a time GAC or other places give remotely comparable crystal payouts, I'd guess the majority of the player base won't stop caring about SA as the priority.
