overall not a bad idea, except for the critical synergy.
Making it impossible to critical hit anakin and ahsoka is a bad idea. With ahsoka it can work (somewhat), as she does have her unique and the healing on her basic, but with anakin it means that enemies can focus on him without kenobi's taunt ever getting in the way. And with anakin's unique that is the last thing you want. The critical avoidance on his leadership also reduces the chance for him to taunt and is thus a bad idea.
Finally, the only characters with 3 zeta's are journey characters (commander luke, rey jedi training and revan). They are not gonna break their pattern for kenobi so I think you can forget that.
