The idea was to make a toon who make the team stronger as they keep gaining debuffs.
His strength is in the team's weakness
I can understand that he is not a fans favourite.
I dont like him either.
Just it would be intresting to see a character with buff cleanse and grant debuff to allies abilities.
It would allow players to create intresting line-ups
