He was known for being extremely reckless. How about Clone/Jedi allies gain 50% offense and 30 speed, but have a 25% chance to inflict defense down on themselves when using a basic attack and a 25% chance to expose themselves when using a special ability. These debuffs cannot be resisted.

Edit: those numbers don't seem balanced, but that's not really the key point. The concept is a leader that increases offense significantly but at a price.
