GEOTB: Will it fracture guilds?

How would any here feel if they logged in and were out of their guild for whatever reason the guild chose and now you have to look for a new home. Your roster is growing but you can't get into an HSTR farm guild and GEOTB is out of the question, so now what? Hey you deserved it right? Get good. My point is there were many guilds with HSTR on farm that took in anyone, just to fill up, some to help lower level players. Now they are cutting out the low end and looking for strong players only. This is all cool and hey it's not personal? Even low end pay to win players are being booted. But again, they should have built bigger rosters, spent whatever or knew it would happen and have no right to complain?

I wonder how you'd feel?

One solution could be factions, with tiers. The game automatically advances you and you gain access to more compelling content? Oh wait *facepalm* robo guilds.. lol
