Get the Samsung Data Pack for free using Bluestacks on a PC to log in the game.
As the title says, there is currently a Samsung promotion for the game, in which you can obtain a free Samsung Data Pack containing 400 Crystals, some shards, 75k credits, which can be activated if you have a Samsung device.
For people not owning a Samsung device, they can log in on a friend's phone and activating the Data Pack.
But there's a much simpler way:
1) Download http://www.bluestacks.com/ .
2) Install Bluestacks.
3) Log in the Play Store with your Google account.
4) Download https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.game.starwarscapital_row
5) Log in with your Google Play thinghie to sync the game.
6) Go to the Store and enjoy your Samsung Data Pack.
