Ghost in operations
I know this isn't anything new but could we please have Ghost removed from Lothal operations when it's required in another territory please? Thanks

They have made similar changes in the past, specifically for planets in the same phase so the precedent has been set. Perhaps it’s worth submitting as a bug? Might get more attention.
