Sith team with Nihilus lead. I am sure if people have GK, CLS etc then easy anyway but for others given may face several waves then health steal means nobody dies (nothing hits hard enough in one go) and plague goes away. Maybe slower than some things and annihilate does nothing but would be pretty hard to lose.
