GL questions for returning player
Can anyone link a dev thread, or some good info, as to understanding the basics of this GL stuff? I was away from the game about three years, and while it's simple enough to look over the prereq list...

The GL prerequisites were originally presented as "Quests," and is sort of just a gatekeeping method so it's not too easy to obtain the most powerful characters in the game.
As for the shards, you have to replay each of the three tiers multiple times in order to get them all, which is why you are only counting 85.
