Global time changes and Automatic raid launch.

As the season for time changes begins will this be reflected in the auto launch feature in the raids. When I go to set an auto launch I see two times. A UTC time and next to it the time in my time...

Yes. Universal is universal. The gap just widens by an hour when the clocks change.
