Global time changes and Automatic raid launch.

As the season for time changes begins will this be reflected in the auto launch feature in the raids. When I go to set an auto launch I see two times. A UTC time and next to it the time in my time...

It says both atm. Will the local time edited to be correct for local time? Or will I have to take into account the lack of a change in guild planning? Our raids will stay at the same local time as that’s what we use. Not utc.
