GMT Time Zone Change

So with the clocks changing for daylight saving time, will the updates on the server also change? The raids etc used to refresh at midnight GMT, but they now don't until 01:00. Is there any updates ...

Will not change as they haven't with the last 3, 2 for some, time changes since game release.
