Well, here's an example of my luck with mythic events. I talk bad about RNG and it pays me back because it provides way too much benefit to the AI.
22nd try right now. So far most of those attempts I lost 1 or more toons before I even got to move. 4 or 5 times Nihilus has annihilated one of my toons before I even got to go (or within me doing 2 moves). I almost made it through once, but sidious and his "dodge jedis whenever I want to" % popped up and I lost with only him and assassin left. Once I got to do Ezra's basic once (1 move) and my team was dead but for old ben hanging on by a thread of red.
I even upgraded a couple of my team a bit more today. Again, the AI toons getting to go 3-4 times before I even get to make a move is just irritating. It just wastes my time as a player when all I'm doing is watching that happen, retreating, and trying again over 20 times in a row. If you got it on your first try with "less than recommended" toons, good for you. But there are those of us who get **** RNG consistently and it becomes a waste of time when I can't even do anything before I'm already defeated.
The RNG needs to be reined in because it just goes to the extreme way too often. (going into my 23rd try now, using the same team it took me about 5 tries to get through yesterday. Yay!)
Sounds like a lack of speed, not so much rng, if they are out turn metering you.
They aren't doing 3-4 turns every turn. It's just the beginning boost where each of them will go 3-4 times. After I get past that, it settles into a my turn / their turn system. They get an obscene amount of TM to start with. My GMY is 211 speed, as an example, which means that if Sith Trooper is going 3-4 times before he does, he's got 300% TM or 600-800 speed? - If you use Old Ben lead you'll dodge the vast majority of attacks thrown at you. IDK if it's working the right way, but it seemed like my Jedi were dodging at least 50% or the time.

One of my favorite things about mythic events--be they legendary character mythics or assault battle mythics--is that someone will always create a thread 10 minutes after the event starts claiming it's impossible, then the next three days of that thread is people sharing the undergeared and poorly-modded teams they used to finish it.
If this is one of your favorite things, you are spending way too much time on the forums....
Aren't we all though? ;P- First day: GK (L) G7, Old ben G9, GMY G12, Ezra G12, zeta Kanan G11 +4 (1st try got wrecked with OB lead, 2nd try with GK, Ezra and GMY finished)
Second day, Kanan is G12. Ezra, GMY and Kanan survived first try.
Both days, GMY, Ezra and kanan with arena mods, other 2 with really bad mods. - They start with pre-loaded TM. G12 Kenobi(l), g11 jka, g11 ezra, g11 bariss, g12 ob, mediocre mods, gg. Kill Sid, then DN, profit.
- I finally beat it with Old Ben g9(L), Gen Kenobi g12, zEzra g10, zKanan g10, GM Yoda g11. I even 3 starred it to my big surprise...
What it took was to be lucky enough so Kanan’s abilities were not delayed by Nihilus. It helped removing all the accumulated debufs.
Considering the effort it required the rewards are quite underwhelming... The achievement for the first victory is OK, one full stun gun is always welcome. "NicWester;c-1621363" wrote:

Honestly its the arrogant people who post how "easy" it is that annoy me in these threads, yes its not impossible but sheesh, show some respect. Who cares how easy you may have found it, considering I see people have cheesed it or may have just got lucky and not experienced what others have experienced, no idea why they have to come and spam a thread hopefully made to seek help, with unhelpful comments about how they found the event "easy" with a team that easily has mods that you can't see or abilities that you often can't see either.
For most people, this event would be impossible, and its supposed to be impossible until you are strong enough for it. When we have bast up, this event will be a cakewalk for everyone without needing to use Hoda cheese. The replies to the thread really should just be: "Just wait till you are stronger you will get it, work on mods with speed and continue gearing these Jedi to beat it" and bam."Gorem;c-1621609" wrote:

GG saves time, not a fan of it either myself.- Same as above. Gk(L) gmy, hyoda, ezra, and kanan though. They laughed at 12 attacks and gmy spread the buff love and then just single targeted down
- SkipSpoonts7 years agoRising NewcomerI beat it both times with g10 Old Ben lead, g12 GMY, g10 Ashoka, g11 GK, and g11 Ezra. No zetas. GP 81k. Took a couple of tries each time but it worked. Old Ben's evasion really helped. Took out Nihilus first to avoid annihilate and slowly picked off the rest.
