GoH NEVER GET MY BOUGHT PACKAGE

hello everybody,

I bought a PACKAGE in Star wars goh an never get it. I contact the Support but they Said i should restart MY Android Phone.. yeah, But it doesnt work. They send me everytime the Same Message and i cant answer the Email. I sent the invoice many Times, i explained what happened and they send me Link Back where i can read "restart your Phone". What can i do?
