Can you please show me the data that you used to arrive at 88.9%. I love data! If you have a Pareto showing the different categories of complaints (credits, training droids, shards, etc), and a control chart so we can possibly see any trends of if there are any days he complains more than others. All this would prove mighty useful in helping me understand that 88.9% is an accurate percentage. I need this by EOD tomorrow. Thanks!
