Have been handballed around, and with 'specialists' now. I won't hold my breath.
Have a second card and haven't redeemed yet - was hoping it would be fixed by now. Have to redeem shortly for any chance I guess.
Sucks that I'll miss getting some Nightsister shards with the crystals.

Snap. 5 days waiting for a response from ea, had attached the info they would need like you.
They responded advising my phone must have crashed when redeeming (er, no, no it didnt) and to restore purchases... er, no, the offer isnt in the purchases because it didnt work. And I'd already tried everything anyway like restore purchases, checking googleplay rewards, standing on my head, etc, in the hope i wouldn't have to deal with ea 'help'...
Seriously, this far in to a promotion and its still not working and customer service is still not responding correctly or efficiently to resolve
