Not sure how you destroyed Leviathan. If you did it in a mirror, then you just took control of his Leviathan and it is still there. If you did it with Profundity or Executor, then it should have stayed dead.
I lost my battle with Profundity vs Negotiator. My Profundity did destroy his Negotiator though, when I went in for the second battle, it was still dead.
