You said with players reporting cheaters it has helped you remove them. A way the community can help more is by having the battle record system implemented. Even though it may only solve a small problem and not the over all problem it still helps will removing cheaters. I feel now that cheating has been talked about so much lately everyone who loses will report the winners as a cheaters which will create more work for you guys. The review period should be the period where we can review all the matches to make sure there was no cheating going on and do our part to ensure fair play.
