To be fair, I’ve witnessed plenty of players on the forum and in various discord servers requesting different types of portraits ever since they came out. It might be a vanity bragging-rights piece of content, but people do enjoy collecting them (especially if they’re event-related and only available for a limited time). That’s the spirit of the game from day 1: collect and upgrade ?♂️
Edit: and just because they’re adding something not MANY people have talked about in the spotlight, it doesn’t mean they’re not addressing real issues. Everything has a time and place, and multiple things can get done at once. I feel like you’re taking that one piece out of context compared to the entirety of the update post.
