With 3 seperate 24 hr phases we could do it as much as twice per week. Give a rest day in the middle. Say, Mon-Wed, rest Thurs, Fri-Sun. No rest between the Sun and the Mon though... Unless it goes to 3 phases, rest day, 3 phases, rest day, then you would get 7 or 8 per month... I'd like it a bit more than once per week though.
