Grand Arena sign up phase

Has Grand Arena sign up phase started yet? I thought you could sign up right after the review phase ended but I don't have the option right now.

Sometimes, there are small gaps between you and a series of GAC tournaments.  I don't think it will last much longer than 2 weeks for you.  I never timed it, however, so I am unsure.

    GAC doesn’t run for a week after the 2nd day of Conquest
