Wasn’t the long CLS wait before they set out the “expected cadence”? As I recall we don’t have many waits this long after they gave some guidance on what to expect, but I could be just as wrong as I’ve been before….
If his ships is indeed coming, could make sense with an announcement and a run of the event just after this conquest ends.

If the ship lift one of the existing fleets, it could also create some urgency since next run will be about 3 months further down the road, so that’s only after the ship can be 7*, whereas I believe it’s possible to unlock conquest ships after the second conquest.

AFAIK they have never stated any cadence.
