Grievous Repairs Event Idea

'The General has been injured! While taking on a group of Jedi, he has sustained many injuries and is in need of repairs. We've managed to get him to his facility, but the Jedi are hot on his trail. Escort him to the repair droid and fend of the Republic forces for long enough for the repair work to be completed!'

Concept: Use a squad of Droids or Separatists to protect a damaged version of General Grievous with his current abilities for the first two tiers of the event. On the third tier, he is absent and you have to clear a few waves without him. GG then returns for the fourth tier with improved abilities (with a full update or just a copy of his abilities in AAT) and you clear a final few waves of Clones. The fifth and final tier is a battle against a bunch of Jedi, and completing this tier upgrades your Grievous to the new version.

Requirements: 5 Droids and/or Separatists at 5* or more and General Grievous.

Tier 1: Clear 3 waves of generic Clone soldiers of various types. The Grievous must survive and he starts the battle with no protection.

Tier 2: Clear 3 waves of generic Clones and named Clones (like Fives, Rex, Cody, etc.). Again, the Grievous has to survive.

Tier 3: Defeat 20 enemies. Every turn, if there is an empty spot in the enemy squad, it is filled by a random unit (a generic Jedi or Clone). Grievous is not with your squad during this time.

Tier 4: Clear 3 waves of very tough Clones and Jedi with the new Grievous. He must survive, but he has full protection and health at the start.

Tier 5: Defeat the squad of powerful Jedi (preferably ones with a history with GG, like Gen Kenobi, Anakin, Ahsoka, Kit Fisto, etc.). Grievous must survive.

Suggestions or improvements are welcome. This sort of event has to be as awesome as the General himself.

Lol, if you complete the event you get a rework, if not your grievous stay the same?

Yeah. I see no reason why not.
  • I like it a lot! And just always leave the event open until completed, so if ppl wanna overlook GG no biggie, or if they want to get the reworked GG then they can work on the nessesary squad

This could be possible but would most likely be very stressful on the game files. They would have to do some weird code or just if you participate you get the rework. Very weird idea that would most likely not work.

  • I'd love a grievous rework but not a "new version" perhaps shards to help those who don't have the shard shop currency to get him

I should've been clearer, the point of this event is that completing it reworks your Grievous. It's not a new character.

  • I like the idea. I was hoping they would do the same with farmboy Luke at the end of his journey rather than have multiple copies of the same character. It's a little late for that now with the four Hans though lol.

Maybe. I can't say I know how they've coded the game, so I won't comment on how possible or impossible it might be.
