Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

I've never been one to complain about anything in this game but our guild's progress is completely stopped. We can't do anything. The game is basically dead to us right now as we sit and watch our tickets and hope someone is able to help us. We've missed out on two heroic raids now and we're wondering when, if ever, we will be able to raid again. This issue is not server wide, so lots of people are progressing along as we are dead in the water. The fact this isn't server wide means CG needs to make this their number one priority as it is creating a lot of hostility and frustration by those affected. I didn't really care about pre-crafting or 7* vaders or whatever as I could still play the game and make progress and have fun. But this issue has stopped progress completely. The game is broken, period, and needs to be fixed NOW.
