Definitely they need to post answer, give some explanation and solve issue.
But also what I wonder how will they make it up to guilds and it's members for not beeing able to compete with others for several days.

It's a disgrace how they handled this issue.They could isolate and find exact number of exploiters but have hard time with this problem. I would more say that they dedicated exaclty 5 min of their time to this problem.
