Just heard back from customer service telling us that they can't help us and that we won't get any GBC today and that the case is closed. So, no raid again.
Yesterday they tried to compensate us for our loss suffered on Saturday/Sunday by manually transferring GBC to us. However, as we already earned 30k GBC on Monday/Tuesday the manually transferred GBC could not be credited to our account as they would have breach the daylie GBC limit. RIDICULOUS
I suggest all guilds affected stop spending money until the issue is solved and compensation was provided.
