Guild bank issues (Merged Threads) ***DEV COMMENT***

As many people have pointed out...

It isn't clear if the 1000 coins we all got were supposed to be:

1. "Sorry for the mistake, here's something for the inconvenience while we figure out which guilds are affected and how many coins we owe you"

Or

2. "We aren't interested in looking into this, so everyone take these and go away".

I'm assuming it's the first option, since for now they have rolled back the 30k daily cap while they look into it. That suggests that the full nature of the problem and a viable solution haven't been figured out yet. The removal of the cap allows us to keep earning our coins for now while they solve it...and I assume that their solution will include awarding each affected guild the coins we have lost out on.

Option 2 isn't a great solution, obviously, since it was not enough to make up for what we lost and it was given to every player (including those unaffected) so those of us who lost out are still equally disadvantaged.

I remain optimistic for now, but a note from a developer to clarify this would go a long way towards satisfying players.
