The 16K-18K tickets per day is a red flag. Tickets fuel your raids, and there isn't any reason you shouldn't be much higher. Not sure how old your guild is...but chat can be a valuable feature in TW/TB planning as well as HSTR coordination when you get to that point. But it all boils down to a personal decision. Are you getting what you need from the guild to grow? Is the guild progressing at a pace you feel is appropriate?
